Studio Vericat is an architectural practice founded by Susan Vericat in London in 2011. The studio relocated to Belfast during summer 2017 and Güido Vericat joined the practice in November 2020.

The majority of our work is currently on residential projects but we have a wealth of experience in larger housing projects, civic and education projects and are always looking for new opportunities.

We enjoy the creative process of transforming client’s aspirations, firstly through discussion and meticulous planning into an architectural proposal and then with further dialogue and careful detailing into a high quality and contemporary built form. We have a sensitive approach to context and sustainability are very conscious of our social and environmental responsibilities.
